PORK BURRITO WITH CHEESE<br />

Serves 1<br />

Fold and roll a tortilla to <strong>com</strong>pletely enclose any savory fillings including shredded or<br />

chopped meat, refried beans or grated cheese.<br />

1 /2 cup prepared pork carnitas<br />

1 /4 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded<br />

1 minute<br />

2 minutes, 30 seconds<br />

SPICY STEAK KEBABS<br />

Serves 1–2<br />

This is a great way to use any potatoes you have left over from dinner the night<br />

before. Serve on a bed of rice.<br />

Prep time:<br />

Cooking time:<br />

6 ounces steak, cut into 1-inch cubes<br />

6 button mushrooms<br />

6 chunks roasted red potatoes<br />

3 minutes<br />

3 minutes, 30 seconds<br />

JAN’S FAVORITE GRILLING RECIPES<br />

1 large flour tortilla<br />

1 /2 teaspoon beef grilling spice<br />

1 /4 teaspoon hot paprika (optional)<br />

Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 3 minutes.<br />

Bamboo skewers<br />

Place carnitas and cheese at one end of tortilla. Roll tortilla, tucking ends in as you go.<br />

Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 3 minutes.<br />

Carefully remove the Micro Grill from microwave and place burrito on grilling surface.<br />

Close Micro Grill and return to microwave. Cook on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds.<br />

Place steak, mushrooms and potatoes on bamboo skewers. Season with grilling spice<br />

and paprika.<br />

grilling surface. Close<br />

Micro Grill and return<br />

to microwave. Cook<br />

on high for 3<br />

minutes, 30<br />

seconds or<br />

until desired<br />
