SAVORY TIMESAVERS<br />

1 (4 ounce) turkey cutlet<br />

1 /4 teaspoon poultry grilling spice<br />

1 thick slice of bread<br />

1 large egg<br />

2 large mushrooms, sliced<br />

Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 2 minutes.<br />

1 /2 cup diced summer squash<br />

Salt and pepper to taste<br />

Cut a hole in the center of the bread slice using a 2 1 /2–3 inch cutter (or the top of a<br />

juice glass). Place bread on grilling surface and carefully crack egg into hole. Place the<br />

baker spacers on Micro Grill and return to microwave. Cook on high for 2 minutes, or<br />

until egg is just set.<br />

Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 2 minutes.<br />

Sprinkle cutlet with grilling spice.<br />

Carefully remove the Micro Grill from microwave. Place mushrooms and summer<br />

squash on grilling surface. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with cutlet. Return to<br />

microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.<br />
