3 red pearl onions, peeled<br />
3 pineapple chunks<br />

1 green onion, thinly sliced<br />
Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 2 minutes.<br />
Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 2 minutes. Meanwhile,<br />
place shrimp, onions and pineapple on bamboo skewers. Season with salt and pepper.<br />
Meanwhile, mix together miso, Mirin, sake and sugar. Brush a little over surface of cod,<br />
reserving the rest.<br />
Carefully remove the Micro Grill from microwave. Place cod on grilling surface. Close<br />
the Micro Grill and return to microwave. Cook on high for 21/2–3 minutes, or until fish<br />
is just barely done.<br />

on grilling surface. Close the Micro Grill and return to microwave. Cook on high for<br />
3 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through.<br />
Garnish with remaining<br />
