APPENDIX G: CHEMICAL COMPATIBILITY Incompatible <strong>Chemical</strong>s Incompatible chemicals should not be allowed to come into contact with each other. Contact between incompatible chemicals can produce poisonous or flammable gases, explosions, or spontaneous ignition. Some examples of incompatible chemicals are shown in the table below. The chemicals in the right column should not be allowed to come in contact the chemicals in the left column.
