SECTION 12 Agreement Format The terms and conditions should be reviewed very carefully to insure full responsiveness to this RFP. The anticipated Sample Purchasing Agreement will be, in form and substance, consistent with applicable University policy and regulations and State of Connecticut statutes and regulations regarding the creation and execution of such Agreement. The failure of any respondent to receive or examine any contract, document, form, addendum or to visit the sites and acquaint itself with conditions there-existing, will not relieve it of any obligation with respect to its proposal or any executed contract. The submission of a proposal shall be conclusive evidence and understanding of the University’s intent to incorporate such terms and conditions into the Agreement. Do not complete or sign this agreement! This document will only be completed and executed to the awarded firm(s) if it is deemed necessary by the Purchasing Agent. The University of Connecticut reserves the right to reject any proposal response that does not comply with the State’s contractual requirements.
