The University shall be the sole determiner of the number of awards. 7.19 Payment Terms: Payment Terms shall be 2% 15 DAYS NET 45 DAYS unless otherwise stated in the Form of Proposal, Section 9. 7.20 F.O.B. Point/Minimum Order: All pricing/discounts shall include delivery and transportation charges fully prepaid F.O.B. Destination Point. No extra charges for packing or packages will be allowed.
