ate and that all other “Non-Core List” items be delivered at a 97% SKU fill rate.<br />

Failure to comply with fill rate requirements for more than two consecutive months will<br />

result in a retroactive 2% discount for all items ordered during that timeframe.<br />

The respondent shall provide a detailed narrative describing how it will meet the requirements<br />

identified above.<br />

3.14 Technical Requirements for Dedicated Website<br />

As stated in the Introduction, the requested items must be available for purchase<br />

through a web hosted SciQuest punch-out custom catalog containing core list items<br />

loaded with Agreement pricing within the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Connecticut</strong>/UCHC Husky Buy<br />

application. The following general technology and resource requirements are<br />

mandatory. These requirements must be met with no additional costs or special<br />

equipment requirements to either the <strong>University</strong> or UCHC. With the exception <strong>of</strong><br />

custom orders and non-catalog items, it is the intent <strong>of</strong> the <strong>University</strong> and UCHC to<br />

process orders through the punch-out catalog website.<br />

For each <strong>of</strong> the features/capabilities listed below, your firm's on-line ordering system<br />

must currently support the specified feature/capability.<br />

The respondent shall provide a detailed narrative describing how its systems will meet the following<br />

requirements:<br />

a.) Ability to accept online orders 24/7<br />

b.) Ability to add customizable branding with the <strong>University</strong> logo to the dedicated website<br />

c.) Provide a dedicated Project Manager or designated team for the implementation and<br />

maintenance <strong>of</strong> the punch-out custom catalog.<br />

d.) Ability to place orders in a “punch-out” format which will have a direct interface with<br />

our financial system, Kuali, via SciQuest<br />

e.) Capability to support cXML PO delivery<br />

f.) Capability to support E-invoicing<br />

g.) Capability to provide real time access to the net contract price<br />

h.) Capability to provide real time access to product availability<br />

i.) Ability to review the shipment status <strong>of</strong> items ordered<br />

j.) Provides automatic e-mail notification for all out <strong>of</strong> stock and back ordered items<br />

k.) Ability to recall an interrupted order<br />

l.) Ability to place orders with established min/max dollar amounts per item and/or per<br />

order, as determined by the <strong>University</strong><br />

m.) View only mode which permits to look up information but prohibits actual order<br />

placement<br />

n.) Ability to remove or not display specific products for on-line ordering<br />

o.) Ability to edit pr<strong>of</strong>ile <strong>of</strong> end user online<br />

p.) Access to selected wholesaler's electronic catalog (text only), as determined by the<br />

<strong>University</strong><br />

q.) Access to selected wholesaler's electronic catalog (with pictures), as determined by the<br />

<strong>University</strong><br />

r.) Access to all items in selected Wholesaler "Pricer", as determined by the <strong>University</strong><br />
