With 44,000 acres of pristine water and 750 miles of shoreline, Lake Martin
is a recreation destination unparalleled in the southeast. Package includes
two nights at Willow Point Golf & Country Club’s Villas, with Friday night
dinner at the Club dining room of choice. After breakfast at the Club on
Saturday, enjoy your morning with a pontoon boat cruise on 44,000 acre
Lake Martin, the only lake to receive “Alabama Treasured Lake” status.
Afterward, fuel up with lunch at the Stone Grille so you’ll be ready to tee off
on “America’s most beautiful lakeside course.” Then, prepare to be spoiled
at SpringHouse for dinner. On Sunday morning, stop by Catherine’s Market
for breakfast on your way to The Stables as you prepare for your guided trail
ride through Russell Forest, along the shores of Lake Martin. You’ll finish
up just in time for brunch back at SpringHouse! Includes one room for two
nights, all meals for two, green fees and cart fees, guided horseback tour
and boat rental. Meals exclude alcohol. Value: $1,000.

1. You will be issued a BidPal handheld device for the silent auction and a bidder paddle
for the live auction.
2. Silent Auction: Use your BidPal device for bidding from anywhere within the event
venue, up until the close of the silent auction. Volunteers will show you exactly how to
use BidPal upon arrival.
3. Live Auction: To place a live auction bid, raise your bidder paddle so the auctioneer
can see you. If you are a winner, please give your name and bid number to the designated
recorder.
4. If you need help placing a bid, volunteers will be able to assist you.
5. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to
determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the item.
6. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges of any item.
7. Auction cashier will open at the close of the program. You may also use the check-out
feature on your BidPal device to pay for your purchases.
8. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR THE EVENING OF THE GALA. If you do not pay
for items you win, we cannot guarantee that you will receive those items later.
9. LIMITED ITEM PICK-UP AVAILABLE. If you are unable to transport a large or
cumbersome item tonight, please speak with a Center staff member to arrange for
pick-up of the item at a later date.

1. Child’s Puppet Theater Created by Center Staff
This one-of-a-kind puppet theater is built by the very same technicians
and artists who design the amazing sets and scenery used in the Center for
Puppetry Arts’ award-winning productions. The custom-designed theater folds
flat for easy storage and includes a collection of Folkmanis puppets.

2. Gatlinburg Getaway for One Week
Enjoy this Great Smoky Mountains getaway to Gatlinburg, Tennessee! The quiet

Aurora, who has been asleep for almost 100 years,
in this adaptation that combines beautifully crafted
marionettes with timeless music from Tchaikovsky’s
