HOP provides pre-65 health insurance<br />
coverage for individuals not eligible for<br />
Medicare. You may choose a managed<br />
care plan, where available, or a<br />
fee-for-service plan. HOP also provides<br />
Medicare supplemental and Medicare<br />
Advantage if you are eligible for Medicare.<br />
You must be receiving Medicare<br />
Part A and B coverage to enroll in a<br />
Medicare supplemental and Medicare<br />
Advantage plan.<br />
