INTRODUCTORY SECTION The Public Pension Coordinating Council was formed in 1990 to assist the public employee retirement community. The Council is composed of representatives from three national associations whose members are directly involved in the administration of public employee retirement systems: the National Association of State Retirement Administrators (NASRA); the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS); and the National Council on Teacher Retirement (NCTR). A reproduction of this award appears in the Introductory Section. Acknowledgements The preparation of this report reflects the combined efforts of PSERS staff under the direction of the PSERS Board.
