– How can we apply this principle in practice?<br />
– ask for exact, no more, no less<br />
– tell decision basis<br />
When asked to provide information:<br />
– ask what decision is to be made, based on it<br />
– confirm that the information you will provide is exactly<br />
what is required.<br />
