Gek Lang Lee, CFA, is a Principal and Portfolio Manager for PREI. Ms. Lee joined <strong>Prudential</strong> in June 2007 from Moon Capital LLC,<br />

where she was the global real estate sector head (from July 2005 – June 2007) responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate<br />

stocks spanning Asia and Latin America. From 1998 – July 2005, Ms. Lee was at UBS AG, where she headed the Singapore equities<br />

research team and was also the Singapore strategist and property analyst. From 1992 – 1998, Ms. Lee was head of Singapore equities<br />

at Indosuez W.I. Carr, as well as in charge of regional real estate research at the firm.<br />

Steve is Chief Investment Officer of Fundamental Equity, responsible for the overall business management of the global Fundamental<br />

Equity franchise. He is also Co-Head and Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Growth Team, where he is responsible for the portfolio<br />

management and investment research process of the firm’s US Growth strategies. Steve has 24 years of investment experience. He<br />

joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 as a vice president, was named managing director in 2001 and partner in 2004. Prior to joining the<br />

firm, Steve spent 11 years as a vice president at Alliance Capital Management. He began his career as an associate at E.F. Hutton.<br />

Steve earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Boston College in 1985. Steve currently serves as an advisory board member<br />

at Boston College’s Center for <strong>Asset</strong> Management.<br />

David G. Shell, CFA<br />

Managing Director; Chief Investment Officer<br />

Dave is Co-Head and Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Growth team, where he is responsible for the portfolio management and<br />

investment research process of the firm’s US Growth strategies. Dave has 23 years of investment experience, having joined the<br />

Growth Team in 1987. Upon Goldman Sachs’ acquisition of Liberty Investment Management in 1997, Dave joined the firm as a vice<br />

president, was named managing director in 2000, and partner in 2004. He began his career at Liberty’s predecessor firm, Eagle <strong>Asset</strong><br />

Management. Dave graduated from the University of South Florida in 1987 with a B.A. in Finance.<br />

Timothy M. Leahy, CFA<br />

Managing Director; Portfolio Manager<br />

Tim is a portfolio manager for the Growth Team. He has primary responsibility for investment research in the health care services and<br />

medical devices industries. With the CIOs, Tim is also responsible for portfolio construction for Concentrated Growth. Prior to joining<br />

the Growth Team in September 2005, Tim was a senior analyst in the Global Investment Research Division of Goldman Sachs<br />

covering the health care facilities sector. Additionally, Tim was a member of the health care services team which was consistently<br />

highly ranked in Institutional Investor All-America and Greenwich Associates surveys. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1999, Tim<br />

was a research associate with First Union Capital Markets. Tim graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University<br />

of Richmond in 1998.<br />
