Mr. Mansharamani, CFA has served as a Partner and Portfolio Manager of LSV since 2006 and as a Senior Quantitative Analyst of LSV<br />
since 2000. He has more than 11 years of investment experience. Prior to joining LSV, Mr. Mansharamani was an Analyst at<br />
Institutional <strong>Trust</strong> National City Corporation and a Systems Consultant for Maximations, Inc.<br />
PIMCO Segment. Mihir Worah, Scott Mather, and Chris Dialynas are the portfolio managers responsible for the portion of the<br />
Portfolio managed by PIMCO.<br />
Mihir Worah is an Executive Vice President, portfolio manager, and head of the Real Return portfolio management team. He joined<br />
PIMCO in 2001 as a member of the analytics team and worked on real and nominal term structure modeling and options pricing.<br />
Previously he was a post doctoral research associate at the University of California, Berkeley, and the Stanford Linear Accelerator<br />
Center, where he built models to explain the difference between matter and anti-matter. He has a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from<br />
the University of Chicago and is the author of numerous scientific papers.<br />
Scott Mather (Hedged International Bond) is a Managing Director, member of PIMCO’s Investment Committee and head of global<br />
portfolio management. Prior to this he led portfolio management in Europe, managed Euro and pan-European portfolios and worked<br />
closely with many Allianz related companies where he also served as a Managing Director of Allianz Global Investors KAG. Prior to<br />
that, he co-headed PIMCO’s mortgage and ABS team. Mr. Mather joined the firm in 1998, previously having been associated with<br />
Goldman Sachs in New York, where he was a fixed income trader specializing in a broad range of mortgage backed securities. He<br />
has fourteen years of investment experience and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering from the University of<br />
Pennsylvania, as well as a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.<br />
Chris P. Dialynas (U.S. Fixed-Income) is a Managing Director, portfolio manager, and a senior member of PIMCO’s investment<br />
strategy group. He joined PIMCO in 1980. Mr. Dialynas has written extensively and lectured on the topic of fixed income investing.<br />
He served on the Editorial Board of The Journal of Portfolio Management and was a member of Fixed Income Curriculum Committee<br />
of the Association for Investment Management and Research. He has over thirty years of investment experience and holds a<br />
bachelor’s degree in economics from Pomona College, and holds an MBA in finance from The University of Chicago Graduate<br />
School of Business.<br />
QMA Segment. Marcus Perl and Edward L. Campbell are primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the portion of the<br />
Portfolio directly managed by <strong>Prudential</strong> Investments.<br />
Marcus M. Perl is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Quantitative Management Associates (QMA) and a member of the asset<br />
allocation team and the investment committee. In addition to portfolio management, Marcus is responsible for research, strategic<br />
asset allocation and portfolio construction. Marcus was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at <strong>Prudential</strong> Investments; earlier, he<br />
was a Vice President at FX Concepts Inc. Marcus holds an MA in Economics from the University of Southern California and an MA in<br />
Economics from California State University Long Beach.<br />
Edward L. Campbell, CFA, is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Quantitative Management Associates (QMA) and a member<br />
of the asset allocation team and investment committee. In addition to portfolio management, Ed is a specialist in global<br />
macroeconomic and investment strategy research. He has also served as a Portfolio Manager with <strong>Prudential</strong> Investments (PI) and<br />
spent several years as a Senior Analyst with PI’s Strategic Investment Research Group (SIRG). Prior to joining PI, Ed was a Partner and<br />
Vice President at Trilogy Advisors LLC. He earned a BS in Economics and International Business from The City University of New York<br />
and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.<br />
<strong>AST</strong> AllianceBernstein Core Value Portfolio<br />
The management of and investment decisions for the Portfolio are made by the US Value Investment Policy Group, comprised of<br />
senior US Value Investment Team members. The US Value Investment Policy Group relies heavily on the fundamental analysis and<br />
research of the Subadviser’s large internal research staff. No one person is principally responsible for making recommendations for<br />
the Portfolio. The members of the US Value Investment Policy Group with the most significant responsibility for the day-to-day<br />
management of the Portfolio are: David Yuen, Christopher W. Marx, and John D. Phillips.<br />
Joseph G. Paul; Co-CIO of US Large Cap Value Equities and CIO of North American Value Equities. He is also the Global Head of<br />
Diversified Value Services, responsible for product design research for our diversified value services. Previously, he was CIO-<br />
<strong>Advanced</strong> Value Fund (1999-2009), CIO-Small and Mid-Cap Value (2002-2008), and Co-CIO-Real Estate Investments (2004-2008).<br />
Additionally, he was the Director of Research for the <strong>Advanced</strong> Value Fund, a US long/short equity hedge fund, for two years. In this<br />
role, he was instrumental in the genesis of the <strong>Advanced</strong> Value leveraged hedge fund. Mr. Paul joined Bernstein in 1987 as a research<br />
analyst covering the automotive industry. He was named to the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team every year from<br />
