Automatic mode is the pinnacle of bicycle drivetrain shifting;
perfect for seasoned cyclists and beginners alike.
Feel like shifting? No problem. Choose the manual mode
and directly manage the system’s continuously variable ratio
range. The Harmony drivetrain is based on the awardwinning
NuVinci N360 CVP, so shifting is as smooth and
easy as adjusting the volume on a radio. Missed shifts,
hesitations, and jarring shift shocks are a thing of the past.
Like to feel accurate shift steps? The Harmony intelligent
drivetrain is programmable by the e-Bike manufacturer
and configurable to shift seamlessly or in preset steps. For
those who prefer conventional indexed gearing, shift events
are more pronounced between ratios, but still comfortable
and shock-free because of NuVinci continuously variable
technology.

The Harmony Base Controller “keeps it simple”
with three-button automatic-only operation. It
provides three programmable cadence settings
(typically slow, medium and fast) preset by the
e-Bike manufacturer. The Harmony Base Controller
is a compact, handlebar mounted controller that
can be positioned at the left or right grip location,
and allows space for a throttle. Like auto shifting
operation with the Harmony Advanced controller,
Harmony Base Controller automatically manages
the ride, maintaining a perfect, preset cadence
and offering the rider unmatched comfort and
focus. With the Harmony Base Controller,
auto-shifting is as simple as: 1) push a button,
2) enjoy the ride. One last thing, it’s a NuVinci
system. And, Nothing Shifts Like NuVinci ® !
