The new induction wok hob is exceptionally versatile.
The bowl-shaped induction wok zone with its
specially supplied wok makes it possible to stir fry
vegetables, meat, chicken and fish very quickly at high
temperatures. Wok cooking is the most frequently
used cooking technique in the world. Due to the rapid
heating, ingredients stay crisp and maintain their colour,
taste and nutritional value. For optimal ease, the ideal
wok heat setting has been pre-programmed and the
bowl-shaped induction zone comes with a 3000 W
boost function.
Optimal ease of use
As well as the HI3271W induction wok, ATAG is also
introducting the HI3271M induction hob as part of the
ATAG Domino Puzzle Line. Every hob in this line up
is equipped with electronic touch control and several
smart functions. The hobs come with a timer with a
switch-off function or an indication of elapsed cooking
time. Safety is ensured through means of a pause key, a
child-proof lock and a residual heat indicator. The hobs
feature stainless steel trim and are very easy to clean.
Diverging cooking techniques
The induction wok is extremely versatile, for example
with the precisely adjustable low temperature setting,
it is even possible to poach eggs. The round shape of
the wok is also ideally suited for whipping up creams,
sauces or a parfait. In addition to using its optional
cover, the wok is suitable for braising vegetables and
meat in their own juices, as well as stewing dishes in
coconut milk or wine.
The special ring stand, supplied as a standard feature,
precisely fits the wok pan. Ideal whenever you want to
store the wok pan in a cabinet or place it on your worktop
