ATAG creates a safe cooking environment<br />
Once the cooking zone is turned off the residual heat<br />
indicator is activated which appears as an illuminated H<br />
on the operating panel. This means that the cooking zone<br />
is still too hot to touch. You can also use the residual heat<br />
to keep a pan warm for a little while, without using any<br />
energy.<br />
The child lock allows you to quickly and easily block the<br />
undesired operation of the hob. With a single touch of the<br />
button all functions are blocked.<br />
All Touch Control ceramic hobs have automated boil start<br />
control to efficiently bring a specific volume of water to<br />
the boil.<br />
All Touch Control and Iris Slide Control® ceramic hobs<br />
have an automatic safety shut-off feature. On its highest<br />
setting, the hob will switch off after an hour. On the<br />
simmer setting, with lower output, the hob will switch off<br />
automatically after several hours.<br />
The residual heat indicator indicates that the<br />
cooking zone is still too hot to touch<br />
