Residual heat indicator<br />
If the glass surface is still too hot to touch, the<br />
residual heat will be indicated by an illuminated<br />
H (Hot). Depending on the setting used, a cooking<br />
time limiter will automatically switch the zone off<br />
after a maximum cooking time.<br />
Clear overview<br />
Each zone on the hob has its own separate<br />
Iris Slide Control®. Since the Iris Sliders are<br />
positioned in exactly the same configuration as<br />
the cooking zones, it is easy to<br />
see in a single glance which Iris Slider belongs<br />
to which zone. Well-organised, comfortable<br />
and precise. Should the doorbell or telephone<br />
ring while you are cooking, the<br />
cooking zones can very easily be set to pause<br />
status.<br />
