Prior to Robeco, Keimpe worked at Fortis Bank as Associate Director where he advised a broad<br />

range of clients on numerous transactions. These included the listing of Tele Atlas on Euronext<br />

Amsterdam and the sale of the Dutch state publisher, Sdu, to ABN AMRO Capital and Allianz<br />

Capital Partners. He began his working career at Ernst & Young as a tax advisor.<br />

Keimpe studied U.S. and International tax law at the University of Florida and received a<br />

master's degree in tax law from the University of Leiden. He has also participated in executive<br />

education at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance and INSEAD.<br />

Sean McIntyre<br />

Director<br />

Sean McIntyre is a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital. Macquarie Capital comprises the<br />

corporate advisory, capital markets, underwriting, private equity and principal investments<br />

capabilities of Macquarie Group ("Macquarie"), a global provider of banking, financial, advisory,<br />

investment and funds management services. Macquarie, headquartered in Australia, has<br />

15,500 staff in 70 locations in 28 countries world wide. As at September 30, 2010, Macquarie<br />

had more then $315 billion in assets under management.<br />

Prior to joining Macquarie in 2010, Sean served 13 years as an Investment Banker with CIBC<br />

World Markets, a subsidiary of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Sean has advised<br />

senior executives and boards of directors on numerous public and private financings, as well as<br />

M&A transactions.<br />

Sean graduated from the Schulich School of Business, York University in 1997 with an MBA<br />

(finance) degree and has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Western<br />

Ontario.<br />

Edward L. Mercaldo<br />

Director<br />

Edward L. Mercaldo has been involved in the financing of natural resource exploration and<br />

development companies for almost thirty years. As Executive Vice President, CFO and Director<br />

of Diamond Fields Resources <strong>Inc</strong>., Ed negotiated its acquisition in August 1996 by <strong>Inc</strong>o Ltd.<br />

Following that transaction, he served on the <strong>Inc</strong>o Ltd. board until September 2000 where he<br />

served as a member of its audit committee. He has provided financial and strategic business<br />

advice to numerous natural resource companies and has also served on the boards of several<br />

U.S. and Canadian companies. Ed enjoyed a career of more than 25 years as an International<br />

Commercial and Investment Banker with several leading financial institutions including<br />

Wachovia, Bank of Montreal, Bankers Trust Company of New York, Gordon Capital and First<br />

Marathon Securities.<br />

Ed is a graduate of the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and has completed<br />

the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.<br />

Steven E. Parry<br />

Director<br />

Steve Parry is managing partner of NGEN Partners, LLC, an investment firm specializing in the<br />

cleantech sector. He began his career as a professional geologist and worked in the minerals<br />

industry for more than 25 years. However, his career in geology focused on the development,<br />

implementation and management of deal pipelines and deal structures and he was involved in<br />
