Haute Cuisine is very easy these days: Simply use the automatic
programmes from Siemens and your favourite dishes will be cooked
or grilled to perfection.
Easy operation: choose the program, add the weight of your dish and
your preferences, e.g medium or rare - the oven will take over. Siemens
offers you up to 40 programmes to choose from to cook your
poultry, meat, fish and stews to perfection.
The automatic programmes require the use of roasters with lids,
therefore no soiling of ovens.
Bake with hydroBake
HydroBake is the optimal heating method for
every dish that needs to stay moist from the
inside, but crisp on the outside. The natural
moisture created during the cooking is retained
within the cavity of the oven and used as steam.
This is ideal for bread, pastries and biscuits.
3D Hot Air
A new cavity back panel with a sophisticated system of
hot-air outlets ensures an even heat distribution when
baking on one or more levels.
Additional 15% of air circulation with unchanged fan
rotating speed (selected models only).
Regardless if baking cakes, cookies or Pizza, using single or
multiple layers, 3D Hot Air is the optimal heating method
to achieve excellent results. Cakes and pastries can be
baked simultaneously up to three levels, whilst baking,
e.g fruit cakes up two levels.
