Haute Cuis<strong>in</strong>e is very easy these days: Simply use the automatic<br />
programmes from <strong>Siemens</strong> and your favourite dishes will be cooked<br />
or grilled to perfection.<br />
Easy operation: choose the program, add the weight of your dish and<br />
your preferences, e.g medium or rare - the oven will take over. <strong>Siemens</strong><br />
offers you up to 40 programmes to choose from to cook your<br />
poultry, meat, fish and stews to perfection.<br />
The automatic programmes require the use of roasters with lids,<br />
therefore no soil<strong>in</strong>g of ovens.<br />
Bake with hydroBake<br />
HydroBake is the optimal heat<strong>in</strong>g method for<br />
every dish that needs to stay moist from the<br />
<strong>in</strong>side, but crisp on the outside. The natural<br />
moisture created dur<strong>in</strong>g the cook<strong>in</strong>g is reta<strong>in</strong>ed<br />
with<strong>in</strong> the cavity of the oven and used as steam.<br />
This is ideal for bread, pastries and biscuits.<br />
3D Hot Air<br />
A new cavity back panel with a sophisticated system of<br />
hot-air outlets ensures an even heat distribution when<br />
bak<strong>in</strong>g on one or more levels.<br />
Additional 15% of air circulation with unchanged fan<br />
rotat<strong>in</strong>g speed (selected models only).<br />
Regardless if bak<strong>in</strong>g cakes, cookies or Pizza, us<strong>in</strong>g s<strong>in</strong>gle or<br />
multiple layers, 3D Hot Air is the optimal heat<strong>in</strong>g method<br />
to achieve excellent results. Cakes and pastries can be<br />
baked simultaneously up to three levels, whilst bak<strong>in</strong>g,<br />
e.g fruit cakes up two levels.
