Induction technology is now widely recognised as one of the<br />
quickest, safest and most efficient methods of cook<strong>in</strong>g available.<br />
Induction hobs are foar more energy efficient than any other hob.<br />
This is because 75% of all energy is used to heat the pan. The<br />
cook<strong>in</strong>g zone also automatically detects the size of the pan base and<br />
adjusts the power accord<strong>in</strong>gly. Therefore, heat is only generated<br />
through the area, which is <strong>in</strong> direct contact with the pan.<br />

As heat is only created when the pan is placed on the hob, heat<strong>in</strong>g<br />
stops as soon as it is removed. In addition, heat is directly transmitted<br />
to the pan so the surface temperature of the cook<strong>in</strong>g area is<br />
significantly lower tan with other standard ceramic hobs.<br />
