display, programmes are selected simply
and intuitively and the machine
recommends the optimal spin speed and

5 Easy loading and unloading
The ergonomic loading angle is a special
feature which enables the machine to be
loaded and unloaded with ease, offering an
extra wide porthole. This creates a loading
funnel that allows both arms to be used to
retrieve laundry and also offers an
excellent view of the contents of the drum.

3 Tried and tested door catch
Plastic door catches and hinges can often
give way under daily wear and tear and
constant slamming. Miele’s doors are
designed and tested to be opened 60,000
times. The average machine is tested for
less than half this number.
6 Angled porthole
The deep porthole glass has been angled
to deflect clothes away from the door. This
protects the fabric of your laundry and
allows it to fall gently to the bottom of the
drum, ensuring even gentler care.
Sculptured side panels
The side panels on all freestanding
washing machines are horizontally
sculptured to increase ridgidity and enable
Miele laundry machines to achieve even
lower noise levels than ever before.
