• A BUYERS PREMIUM of 7% of the final bid price will be
charged to the Buyer on each pony sold.
• 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will apply.
Exemptions for • Ponies that are transported by ICC
licensed carrier, with applicable bill of lading. • Breeding
Stock only, not for show, 2 years and older. • Dealer for
Re-Sale must show KY or resident State Dealer ID for
exemption.
• YOUR PROTECTION IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
• There are inherent risks involved with any equine activity,
including riding, handling or viewing ponies. Buyers,
sellers and spectators are cautioned to be careful at any
time they are around ponies. Professional Auction
Services, Inc. and it’s employees are not liable for an injury
to or death of anyone attending this event resulting from
the inherent risk of equine activities.
• PLEASE READ AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH
THE CONDITIONS OF SALE.
• Prospective bidders are cautioned that warranties on
ponies purchased are only as stated in conditions Fifteenth
and Sixteenth.
• EXAMINE ponies BEFORE BIDDING. Veterinary
assistance is available on bidder’s request to Auctioneer.
• A PAID RECEIPT OR RELEASE IS REQUIRED TO
REMOVE ANY PONY FROM THE SALE GROUNDS.
• DO NOT REMOVE HIP NUMBERS FROM PONIES
BEFORE LEAVING GROUNDS, or before Noon,
Wednesday, August 11, or you may be detained by
Security for Verification.
• ALL SALES OR TRANSACTIONS MADE ON THE SALE
GROUNDS MUST BE REPORTED TO AND MADE
THROUGH THE SALE OFFICE.
• PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY TO ANNOUNCEMENTS
MADE AT THE TIME THE PONY IS SOLD, LISTEN FOR
CONDITIONS LISTED IN CONDITION SIXTEENTH.
• "BROODMARE OR BREEDING SOUND ONLY" - Not
selling for riding purposes. Represented as sound enough
to carry a foal or to breed mares.
• NO PARKING IN THE BARN AREA - This regulation will be
enforced by the Fire Marshall.
• ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH.

Classes will run to simulate a show.
1 .... Ponies will be allowed to show in ONE (1)
IN HAND CLASS.
2 .... Ponies will be allowed to show in ONE (1)
UNDER SADDLE CLASS.
3 .... Ponies will be limited to TWO (2) OVER
FENCES CLASSES.
4 .... Hard Hats must be worn at all times while
showing in the Preview.

Sale Preview.
In Hand
1 .... 3 Year Old & Older Mares
2 .... 3 Year Old & Older Geldings
3 .... 2 Year Old & Under Fillies
4 .... 2 Year Old & Under Geldings & Colts
Under Saddle & Over Fences
5 .... Green Ponies Under Saddle
6 .... Small Ponies Under Saddle
7 .... Green Ponies Over Fences
8 .... Medium Ponies Under Saddle
9 .... Ponies Over Fences at 2’3”
10 .. Large Ponies Under Saddle
11 .. Ponies Over Fences at 2’6”
12 .. Additional Ponies Under Saddle
13 .. Ponies Over Fences at 2’9” and 3’
14 .. Jumpers
Green Ponies Under Saddle will be asked to Walk & Trot
on the rail. When a pony is introduced, it may move to
the center of the ring & Canter, if the rider chooses.
Up to 4 ponies will show at a time in Over Fences Classes
at the direction of the announcer.
All introductions in the Preview will be brief and will NOT
include updates made in the Sale Office.
If you have any additional notes for your pony that need to
be announced when it sells you must have additional
notes in the Sale Office 1 hour before the Sale starts.
The Venture Stallions and Beall Spring Farm Summer Cookout will be presented at 12 noon
during the Sale Preview. Meet us at the Annex Arena.
