18.30 Setting Channels to Ignore Flash Button Solo Operation<br />

Pressing A Flash button when in Solo mode will cause all other console channels<br />

to “black out”. This can cause unwanted effects on channels controlling moving<br />

lights or colour changers.<br />

To set channels to ignore Solo:<br />

1 Press the Setup button to open the Setup menu.<br />

2 Move the cursor to the UTIL (Utilities) field.<br />

3 Press the (On) button to open the Set Utilities menu.<br />

4 Move the cursor to the SOLO field.<br />

5 Press the (On) button to open the Setup Channel Solo menu.<br />

6 Move the cursor to the CHAN# (Channel) field.<br />

7 Set a channel number.<br />

8 Move the cursor to the THRU (Through) field.<br />

9 Set an end channel number.<br />

Note: If you just want to set one channel, leave this field as same as the CHAN# field.<br />

Move the cursor to the SAFETY field.<br />

Set it to ON.<br />

Repeat steps from 2 to 11 for any other channels or groups of channels.<br />

Press Exit to close this menu (press Exit twice to return to the standard<br />

screen).<br />
