16.00 Restricting Access to Various<br />
Menus and Controls<br />
It is possible to limit the access a user has to the <strong>Event</strong> menus and controls:<br />
1. Press the Setup button to open the Setup menu.<br />
2. Move the cursor to the DESK field and press the ON (+) button to open the<br />
Set Desk menu.<br />
3. Move the cursor to the MODE field and press the ON (+)/OFF (- ) button to<br />
toggle between REC and PLAY.<br />
In the PLAY mode the following menus and menu fields are not available:<br />
Memory Edit Chase<br />
Page Label Page Chs 1 Page Chs 2<br />
File Save Patch Clear<br />
File Label MCard<br />
In the Record mode all console functions are available.<br />
TIP:<br />
The <strong>Event</strong> also allows a PASSWORD to be set so that it is not possible to change<br />
from PLAY to RECORD until the password has been correctly entered.<br />
