Advanced Features Example 1: When shipped from the factory the Event Plus has the EDIT PAGE menu set as described below. A show might call for a number of Stacks and Chases to be permanently set on Assign faders 12 - 24. In this case the operator can set the number of Memories per Page to 10 with an Increment of 10. The Auto Chase load is left on in this example - note that it loads on the next fader after the last memory. Press the Edit button. 2. Press the Page Button. 3. Move cursor to the RESTORE field. 4. Press the (On) button to set the restore function "ON". 5. © Jands Electronics May 1995 15.60 Edit File 15.61 Changing the Default File Settings It is possible to change the way Files work using the Edit File menu. However, this is an advanced feature and will probably not be required by most users. The Edit File menu is used to limit the number of Assign Masters that will be loaded when a new File is loaded. Note: When a File is saved ALL the settings of the Assign Masters are saved. Edit File is only used to limit the number of Assign faders that are updated by loading a File. 1. Press the Edit button then press the File button. 2. With the cursor in the FIRST field, set the Assign Master fader number which will be the first of a group to be loaded with the contents of a File. 3. Move the cursor to the LAST field, set the Assign Master fader number which will be the last of a group to be loaded with the contents of a File. 4. Press the Exit key Example: The operator might want to use the first six memories stored in a file. However, when this file is loaded to the Assign Masters, the remaining 18 Assign Masters are not to be changed. Set the FIRST field to 1 and the LAST field to 6. 15.62 Restoring The Factory Settings for File To restore the default settings for Edit File: 1. Press the Edit button then press the File button. 2. 15.60 Edit File<br />
15.61 Changing the Default File Settings<br />
It is possible to change the way Files work using the Edit File menu.<br />
