Certificate (2008). [The ACSC states "...it is believed to be a proof prepared by the contractor who<br />

manufactured the 'OS' puncturing head. At least one pair and two singles are known..." The centring of<br />

the stamp and position of the perfin are identical to the example illustrated at page 4/55 of the ACSC,<br />

to which we have been able to have access]{Page 24.1}<br />
