2. Hazards Identification<br />

Routes of Entry<br />

Eye Contact: Severe eye irritation, watering and redness.<br />

Inhalation: Nose and throat irritant.<br />

Ingestion:<br />

Can cause severe irritation of the mouth, throat, esophagus, and stomach. Bloating of<br />

stomach, belching, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea may occur.<br />

Skin Contact: Normal contact with skin in product’s dry form or diluted form will not cause skin<br />

irritations. In rare instances irritation may occur. If irritation exists, wash skin with<br />

warm, soapy water.<br />

4. First Aid Measures<br />

Emergency and First Aid Procedures:<br />

Skin contact: Rinse the affected skin with running water, followed by washing area with warm, soapy<br />

water and rinsing. Consult a physician if redness persists.<br />

Eye contact: Flush eyes as soon as possible with cool, running water for at least 15 minutes while<br />

keeping the eyelids wide open. Consult with an opthamologist immediately in all cases.<br />

Ingestion: Consult with a physician in all cases. If individual is conscious, rinse mouth and<br />

administer fresh water. Do NOT induce vomiting.<br />

Inhalation: Remove subject from area and have him/her blow their nose. Consult with a physician in<br />

case of respiratory symptoms.<br />
