About Plymouth Community Homes Plymouth Community Homes is a new not-forprofit housing association. It was set up in 2009 to take over the ownership and management of about 15,000 properties from Plymouth City Council. It is a registered provider of social housing and is the largest housing association in Plymouth. Plymouth Community Homes is a registered charity. It is run by a Board made up of 12 unpaid members who make the main decisions. The Board is currently made up of three tenants, one leaseholder, four people nominated by Plymouth City Council and four independent people. We currently have about 1,500 residential leaseholders. What are the core values and objectives of Plymouth Community Homes?
