1 Monitoring
4. The Applicant shall establish air quality monitoring stations at a minimum of 4
locations around the site, including the residences on properties 40 (Muller) and
125 (Barry) whilst privately-owned, to monitor (by sampling and obtaining results
by analysis) the concentration of each pollutant in Table 8 to the satisfaction of
DEC and the Director-General, using the specified averaging period, frequency,
and sampling method:

5. Before carrying out any development, the Applicant shall prepare an Air Quality
Monitoring Program, in consultation with DEC, and to the satisfaction of the
Director-General.
2 NOISE
Noise Impact Assessment Criteria
6. The Applicant shall ensure that the noise generated by the development does not
exceed the noise impact assessment criteria presented in Table 9.
