Kuma-Honua created the gardens, plants and fruit
of Hawaii – and then we walked in, picked the
strawberries, oranges and cranberries and blended
them with Finlandia Vodka and Fraise de Bois for your
enjoyment.
Watermelon Head £6.50
Like nothing you’ll taste anywhere else!! Refreshing
fresh watermelon, passion fruit, Finlandia Vodka and
Cranberry. You won’t want it to end!
Hula-Amarula £6.50
Amarula liqueur is a blend of cream and the Marula
fruit. This fruit is native to Africa and Elephants
migrate vast distances to eat it. So add this to the
delicious floral flavour or Taylor’s Falernum liqueur,
add a little orange, mango and lime, and you’re on to
a winner.

Zombie £7.50
In Hawaiian mythology, Lua-O-Milu is the land of the
dead, ruled by Milu. One too many of these and you
will be on your way to looking like the living dead
– Forbidden, daring, our tiki twist on a Zombie.
Patron Tiki Margarita £7.50
100% Agave Patron Silver tequila, lends itself
beautifully to the almonds and strawberries we use to
create our little Tiki twist on the classic Margarita
Perfect Storm £6.80
Goslings Black Seal rum, lime, sugar and Ginger beer:
The well-known and refreshing Dark ‘n’ Stormy…but
adding a little Patron Citronage orange liqueur, makes
this storm ever better!
Aku Aku £6.50
Bacardi Superior Rum, Mint, and peach with a hint of
pineapple. Our adaptation of the 1972 ‘Trader Vic’s’
version, ‘Aku Aku’ mean’s ‘A spiritual guide’ to Easter
Islanders, which you may need after a couple of these.
‘Honey I’m Home’ £6.50
The caramel-like taste of Licor 43 is added to
apricot brandy to create this original sour. Egg white
optional.
Strawberry and Vanilla Daiquiri £6.50
The fantastic and age-old combination of Rum, lime
and sugar was drunk by British sailors as early as the
1740’s and became fashionable in the 1940’s. Over
270 years later, versions of this cocktail are still
gracing cocktail menus all over the world.
Kapu colada £6.50
Frangelico hazelnut liqueur adds a ‘nutty’ twist to
this beach classic.
Bountiful £6.50
Mozart Premium Dark Chocolate liqueur and Koko
Kanu full strength Jamaican coconut rum are the
culprits in this creamy guilty pleasure.- ‘Love the
chocolate? - You’ll love the drink.
Tiki Alexander £6.50
A brandy and chocolate sour, created by Kapu’s own
Scott O’Connor. Egg white is optional.

A seriously strong rum cocktail to share!! We use 8
different rums, including Bacardi, Woods Navy rum,
and Wray and Nephew Over-proof rum to create
this flaming monster of the deep!! Even the freshly
squeezed grapefruit juice, Orange and Mango are not
enough to tame this beast!!
Oakheart Canoe (x4 people) £27.50
Sail away through the mist in the Bacardi Oakheart
Canoe, accompanied by Bacardi Oakheart, Xante Pear
Cognac, Fresh Pear and Apple juice
Gingermun (x4 people) £27.50
The perfect opportunity to share this tiki temptation
soaked in Appleton VX rum, muddled raspberries and
ginger.
Summer Lovin’ (x4 people) £27.50
If Durex made drinks... – Cardiff is introducing
Mamajuana Rum. Some claim this liquor is an
aphrodisiac and maybe more, concocted by allowing
rum, red wine and honey to soak in tree bark and
herbs. Once this rum has been created, it is mixed
with passion fruit, peach and orange.
