Holly joined the Merrell Dow Pharmaceutical<br />
Development department as a Senior<br />
Research <strong>Pharmacist</strong> after graduating from<br />
<strong>Purdue</strong>. While there, she led a small group that<br />
performed preformulation studies and developed<br />
oral liquid and solid dosage forms. In 1992, she joined<br />
Glaxo’s Process Science and Technology group, initially conducting<br />
the scale-up and transfer <strong>of</strong> oral solid dosage forms<br />
to production, earning her a CEO award with a cross-functional<br />
team for acceleration <strong>of</strong> the Zantac OTC project. After<br />
several years, she moved to leadership <strong>of</strong> a group focused<br />
on manufacturing process optimization and industrialization<br />
<strong>of</strong> new inhalation products. In 2002, she joined Pfizer, Inc.<br />
as Director <strong>of</strong> the Product and Process Development group<br />
in its Brooklyn, New York, manufacturing facility. She served<br />
on the site leadership team and led a group that consisted<br />
<strong>of</strong> approximately 45 process development scientists, laboratory<br />
analysts and pilot plant operators. In 2005, she moved to<br />
her current position in the Pfizer Global Manufacturing New<br />
Products Group where she is responsible for managing the<br />
commercialization <strong>of</strong> all Pfizer small molecule human health<br />
products.<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essionally active, she has organized several scientific<br />
programs for American Association <strong>of</strong> Pharmaceutical<br />
Scientists (AAPS) meetings, has participated on a FDA PQRI<br />
working group on specification setting and on the PhRMA<br />
Drug Product Technical Group, and serves on the Dean’s<br />
Industrial Advisory Council for the <strong>Purdue</strong> School <strong>of</strong> Pharmacy<br />
and Pharmaceutical Sciences.<br />

Satish joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, a fully<br />
integrated global pharmaceutical company<br />
headquartered in India, in 1993 as Executive<br />
Director responsible for manufacturing and<br />
new product development and in 1997 was<br />
appointed Managing Director. In the mid-90s, as Dr. Reddy’s<br />
prepared for its global foray, he anchored the establishment<br />
<strong>of</strong> key systems and initiatives that positioned the company<br />
for rapid expansion and helped to build its brand and corporate<br />
identity. Today, serving as Managing Director and Chief<br />
Operating Officer, he steers the Pharmaceutical Services and<br />
Active Ingredients (PSAI) and Global Generics businesses.<br />
Satish is the company’s representative to the Indian<br />
Pharmaceutical Association, the country’s premier pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
body <strong>of</strong> pharmacists, and has served on the Drugs<br />
Technical Association Board, the highest policy making<br />
body under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act in India. He has<br />
been a long-time member <strong>of</strong> the National Council <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Confederation <strong>of</strong> Indian Industry (CII), a consortium <strong>of</strong> 20<br />
leaders <strong>of</strong> India’s top corporate houses. After serving as<br />
Chairman <strong>of</strong> the Andhra Pradesh Chapter <strong>of</strong> CII in 2003-2004,<br />
he has been continuously elected to the exclusive National<br />
Council. He was named Young Global Leader 2007 by the<br />
World Economic Forum. He is a firm advocate <strong>of</strong> responsible<br />
corporate citizenship and his efforts in the area <strong>of</strong> Corporate<br />
Social Responsibility earned him the “IBLA - India Corporate<br />
Citizen <strong>of</strong> the Year” award for 2005 from CNBC.<br />
