CONTROLS AND DISPLAY<br />

NOTE: The map database is the most current<br />

available at the time of production. The database<br />

is designed to provide you with route suggestions<br />

and does not take into account the relative safety<br />

of a suggested route or of factors that may affect<br />

the time required to reach your destination. See<br />

the Supplemental Navigation System Owner’s<br />

<strong>Manual</strong> for more information.<br />

Radio<br />

As an option, your vehicle has either an AM/FM Stereo<br />

Receiver or an AM/FM Stereo/Cassette Player.<br />

For instructions on how to operate your particular radio,<br />

see the manufacturer's Radio Operating Instructions in<br />

the glove compartment.<br />

Glove Compartment<br />

A glove compartment is provided to store important documents,<br />

the vehicle literature set (including this <strong>Operator's</strong><br />

<strong>Manual</strong>) and other related materials. You can open it by<br />

pushing the knob on the front.<br />

ACCESSORIES<br />

• To close, push the cover up and press to latch it.<br />

• You can lock and unlock the glove compartment door<br />

with your ignition key; turn it clockwise to lock and<br />

counterclockwise to unlock.<br />

WARNING! Do not drive with the glove compartment<br />

open, it can be dangerous. In an<br />

accident or sudden stop, you or a passenger<br />

could be thrown against the cover and be<br />

injured. To reduce the risk of personal injury<br />

during an accident or sudden stop, keep the<br />

glove compartment closed when the vehicle is<br />

in motion.<br />

WARNING! Do not carry loose objects in your<br />

cab, it can be dangerous. In a sudden stop, or<br />

even going over a bump in the road, they<br />

could fly through the air and strike you or a<br />

passenger. You could be injured or even<br />

killed. Secure all loose objects in the cab<br />

before moving the vehicle.<br />
