A red warning is active.<br />

An amber warning is active.<br />

Refer to “Warning Light / Indicator Symbols” on page 22<br />

for information on each symbol.<br />

Instrument System Self Test:<br />

When the ignition switch is turned on the instrumentation<br />

system will undergo a Self Test. This test will verify the<br />

operation of the gauges and warnings.<br />

During the Instrumentation System Self Test, three<br />

screens will sequentially display warning icons (approximately<br />

3 seconds each screen) on the Information Display.<br />

These are:<br />

Refer to “Warning Light / Indicator Symbols” on page 22<br />

for information on each symbol.<br />

Completing this sequence will indicate a successful Self<br />

Test. Have your instrumentation system checked by a<br />

qualitfied service technician if does not successfully complete.<br />

Audible Alarm:<br />

The audible alarm will sound during the Instrumentation<br />

System Self Test. The audible alarm will also sound in<br />

conjunction with some warning lights. These events<br />
