After Engine Warmup<br />
17.Check springs or other suspension parts for damage<br />
such as cracks, gouges, distortions, bulges, or chafing.<br />
18.Check the air system. Are there leaks?<br />
19.Drain excess moisture from all air supply tanks. Make<br />
sure the drain valves are closed. This procedure is<br />
also required for air supply tanks equipped with automatic<br />
drain valves.<br />
20.Check that cab latch or hood hold-downs are hooked.<br />
In - Cab Checklist<br />
CAUTION: To avoid injury while entering or<br />
leaving the cab, keep your feet in contact with<br />
the steps and your hands on the handhold. Always<br />
have three points of contact as you enter<br />
or exit a cab. See "PART 2: CAB AND FRAME<br />
ACCESS" of this manual for more information.<br />
1. Adjust the seats.<br />
2. Fasten and adjust safety restraint belts. (See "PART<br />
5: SEAT AND RESTRAINT SYSTEMS" or the Index,<br />
