To operate your lighter, push the knob in. After a few moments
the lighter will automatically pop out, ready to use.
After use, insert the knob, but don’t push it in. The lighter
circuit is protected by a 20-ampere fuse to prevent damage
should the lighter get stuck in the IN position. If this fuse
needs replacement, check to ensure that the lighter is not
stuck before replacing the fuse.
On the pages that follow you will find descriptions of some
of the gauges on your instrument panel. For more information
about using them in driving, see "PART 7: STARTING
& OPERATING THE VEHICLE". Also check the Index under
the name of the gauge or function you want to know
more about.
