They had threatened the victim Laxman Sahu to construct the wall after the Amina takes measurement.
Likeiwse the police had harassed the victim both physically and mentally.

Case Details:
The victim Tarani Mehera was a college student. On 19 th December, 2006 he had seen a person
chasing him and so he had run. The person had attacked him from backside and the victim’s face was
injured and he had fallen down unconscious.
When the victim Tarani Mehera had regained his consciousness, he had found himself in the police
jeep. The police had taken him to police station and beaten him indiscriminately. The victim had
sustained severe injuries due to body pain.

Case Details:
The victim Trilochana Bag was an inhabitant of Harijanpada. He was working as a labourer at Radha
Mohan Rice Mill. On 5 th Aprill, 2008 when he had gone to work, he had seen a Ratan Das of the village
in senseless state. He had carried him to Loisingha Hospital and had expired after sometime. The
victim and his friends knew that that Ratan Das was attacked by Kabibabu.
With reference to this case, the police had gone to the village and had threatened him not to disclose
whatever he had seen. The police had beaten him severely and had threatened to produce him before
the Court.
