The victim Bauribandhu Das was a resident of Villi-Banito. He had two wives and there was dispute with<br />
his first wife and her son. On 04/05/2008 his son had assaulted him with a stick. So the victim Bauribandhu<br />
Das had given a complaint to the police. The police had got his complaint and had asked him to come the<br />
next day. The next day, the police had snatched Rs 200 for petrol charges and had force him to<br />
compromise the case and sign in a blank paper.<br />
When the victim Bauribandhu Das had refused, the police had beaten him brutally and he had become<br />
unconscious. Then the victim had gone to hospital and when he was under medical treatment, the police<br />
had gone to the hospital. They have beaten him and have got his signature. Finally the victim had decided<br />
to inform the SP and he had gone to SP office. On the way, the police Inspector had abused him for trying<br />
to lodge a complaint him and had arrested him. Due to police torture, the victim was mentally disturbed.<br />

The victim Ranjan Bharasagar was an inhabitant of Kamasara village. A police constable of out post had<br />
gone to his house and had demanded Rs 500 as deputed by the Officer-in-charge. The victim had<br />
replied that he did not have much cash and had assured to send the money later.<br />

On 20 th May, 2008 the Officer-in-charge had gone to his house and had abused him with filthy words for<br />
not sending the money. Then the police officer had taken him to the police station and had forced him to<br />
sign a paper to forward to the Court. The victim had pleaded the police to release him. Finally the police<br />
had received Rs 1000 and had released him.
