Overview<br />

Minco’s commercial grade polyimide heaters provide the<br />

performance and reliability you expect at a lower cost than<br />

our standard polyimide/FEP models. Sizes are available for<br />

12 and 24 volt operation, or connect multiple heaters in a<br />

series/parallel system for consistent power over larger areas.<br />

• Solder pad option provides you the lowest price possible<br />

for Minco polyimide heaters<br />

• All models include acrylic pressure sensitive mounting<br />

adhesive (PSA) for simple installation<br />

• Ideal for prototyping, short production series or high<br />

volume/low cost applications<br />

• Typical lead time is 3-5 days ARO<br />

Specifications<br />

Temperature range: -32 to 100°C .<br />

Material: Polyimide film/acrylic (Kapton or equivalent).<br />

Resistance tolerance: ±10%.<br />

Minimum bend radius: 0.030" (0.8 mm).<br />

Electrical connection options: Exposed solder pads.<br />

Options include two AWG 26 PTFE insulated leadwires 4"<br />

(100 mm) long with insulated or bare connection points.<br />

Insulated connection wire for end-user attachment<br />

Order loose insulated connection wires with stripped ends for<br />

fast, easy connection of heaters to your power source. These<br />

AWG 26 wires have high temperature PTFE insulation resistant<br />

to wear and abrasion. The insulation color is red and the standard<br />

length is 4" (100 mm). Wires are sold in pairs, order one<br />

pair for each heater. Order part number AC102371.<br />
