Health Care Related classes are either in the Hybrid or Online
format. Hybrid classes incorporate both online and classroom
activities. Online courses are conducted entirely online using
Blackboard. Students require access to a reliable computer and the

any HCC (Health Core Curriculum) course. The HCC classes are
prerequisites to the following programs: Medical Assisting, Dental
Assisting, EKG/ Telemetry, Health Information Management,
Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Phlebotomy, and Therapeutic
Massage.
HCC classes in the Hybrid or Online format requires access to a
reliable computer and the Internet. An MEID is required to access
Blackboard.
