Health Core Curriculum (HCC)
Department Chair:
Students wishing to enroll in any Health Care Program should see a
Health Care Advisor in the Advisement Center prior to enrolling in
any HCC (Health Core Curriculum) course. The HCC classes are
prerequisites to the following programs: Medical Assisting, Dental
Assisting, EKG/ Telemetry, Health Information Management,
Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Phlebotomy, and Therapeutic
Massage.
HCC classes in the Hybrid or Online format requires access to a
