Experience state of the art equipment and outstanding instruction by degreed, certifiedfitness professionals. Note: Our group exercise offerings include, but are not limited to: step, boot-camp, body sculpt, zumba, pilates, and indoor cycling. A medical release may also be required prior to exercising or if medical condition changes.
