Nature of agencies<br />

Agencies which specialise in helping problem gamblers — defined as those where<br />

the main purpose is helping people experiencing problems with gambling — are<br />

shown in table L.3. Agencies in Victoria, Queensland and South Australia are more<br />

likely to specialise. Only in Victoria did no agency report having operated for more<br />

than five years (table L.4).<br />
