In accordance with the Government Financial Policy, WA <strong>Port</strong>s are required to pay dividends <strong>of</strong><br />
65% <strong>of</strong> after tax pr<strong>of</strong>its for 2011 and 2010. However, in accordance with <strong>Australia</strong>n Accounting<br />
Standards, dividends relating to the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2011 have not been<br />
provided as they are expected to be declared by Government after balance date.<br />
A dividend <strong>of</strong> $775,450 in respect <strong>of</strong> the financial year results for the year ended 30 June 2010 is<br />
due<br />
and payable by 30 June 2012.<br />
