Mr~ Holman infor~iued the House as to the intention <strong>of</strong> tbe Government, in vii)w <strong>of</strong> the state <strong>of</strong><br />
parties in thellouse, and intimated that be proposed to ask for Supply, and take no other<br />
Business <strong>of</strong> aDy kind, butwould ask the House to adjourn for a period which would be<br />
sufficient foil the by-elections to be held . He proposed to give notice <strong>of</strong> a motion which<br />
would pertnit, <strong>of</strong> the motion <strong>of</strong> adjournment being taken to-morrow, 133 .<br />
