That the Accountants Bill was improperly before the House, as it interfered with trade, and
had not been brought in through Committee of the Whole, 97 .
That the proposed amendment of (3ause 6, of the Forestry Bill, not -only obliterated Clause 6,
but also practically Clause 7-no amendment could deal with two Clauses at the same
time, and in that respect,it could not be relevant (Referred front Committee of the 1rhole),

That, on a motion to censure the work of the Chairman of Committees, the rulings
Chairman could not be discussed ; they should have been dealt with in Committee

That it was within the function of this House to discuss any matter and make a recommendation
thereon to the Federal Parliament, and motion recommending a bonus to parents of

That the motion to grant. a subsidy to the parents of every child born in the State was only

That I new clause proposed to be inserted in the Defamation (Amendment) Bill was outside the

That the notice of motion on the Business-piper for the suspension of Standing Orders to admit
of the Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Bill being passed through all its stages in one day
was in order, as it had been altered in time to be correctly on the Business Paper used in

ON MOTIONS FOR ADJOURNMENT :-
that the'wording of the Notice in reference to the State Children Relief Act was such that
the whole of the Act could be discussed, it was not definite, and was therefore out of
order, 104 .
That as it was desired to bring a specific case with reference to the State Children Relief Act,
under notice, the debate would be restricted to that case, 106 .
That a motion under 49th Standinl- Order, must be restricted to a single specific matter of
recent occurrence (action of Fisheries Board re Oyster Leases), 116, 117 .
That motion respecting the administration of State Children Relief Department would raise
practically the -&me debate as that which took place'on l2th August, and was therefore
out of order, 163 .
That the motion for adjournment of the House to discuss the charging of the-bre*wers'of this
State a license fee in addition to the license fee charged by the Commonwealth was out of
order, as it would anticipate a discussion which might take place on the consideration of
the Estimates-of the Treasurer, 293 .
