That the Cull License Bill wai all interf--rence with trade, and should have been introduced in<br />

Committee, a6d was therefore out <strong>of</strong> Order, 83 .<br />

That the Unclairned Mon4s Bill interfered with trade, and provided for payments from the<br />

Treasury, should have been introduced in Committee and preceded by a Message, and was<br />

therefore outi<strong>of</strong> Order, 232 .<br />

That the establishment <strong>of</strong> Milk Dep6ts did not impose a charge on the Revenue, and that the<br />

Message would cover the expenses <strong>of</strong> a Bill within reasonable limits, as it may be finally<br />

passed, and the Sydney Corporation Amendment Bill was therefore in order, 287.<br />

That a motion, as a matter <strong>of</strong> urgency, in reference to the Resumption <strong>of</strong> the Foreshore Areas<br />
