Statement by Directors
For the yEAR ended 30 JuNE 2011
Pursuant to Section 41C of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, we state that in the opinion of the Directors
of Endeavour Energy:
(a)
The accompanying financial statements and notes are a general purpose financial report which has been prepared
in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards, the State Owned Corporations Act 1989, the Public Finance
and Audit Act 1983 and the Public Finance and Audit Regulation 2010, and Accounting Interpretations, and give a
true and fair view of the financial position of Endeavour Energy as at 30 June 2011 and its financial performance for
the year ended on that date.
(b) At the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Corporation will be able to pay
its debts as and when they become due and payable.
(c)
We are not aware of any circumstances at the date of this statement that would render any particulars included
in the financial report to be misleading or inaccurate.
This declaration is made in accordance with a resolution of the Board of Directors.
