<strong>Endeavour</strong> <strong>Energy</strong> is a <strong>New</strong><br />
South Wales state-owned energy<br />
corporation serving some <strong>of</strong><br />
Australia’s largest and fastest growing<br />
regional economies.<br />
<strong>Endeavour</strong> <strong>Energy</strong> is the new<br />
name for the electricity network<br />
business previously operating as<br />
Integral <strong>Energy</strong>. The sale <strong>of</strong> Integral<br />
<strong>Energy</strong>’s Retail business and brand<br />
to Origin <strong>Energy</strong> was completed on<br />
1 March 2011, as part <strong>of</strong> the NSW<br />
Government’s energy reform process.<br />
<strong>Endeavour</strong> <strong>Energy</strong> manages a<br />
$3.3 billion electricity distribution<br />
network for 877,339 customers or<br />
2.1 million people, in households<br />
and businesses across a network<br />
franchise spanning 24,500 square<br />
kilometres in Sydney’s Greater<br />
West, Blue Mountains, the<br />
Illawarra, the Southern Highlands<br />
and Shoalhaven.<br />
<strong>Endeavour</strong> <strong>Energy</strong> is incorporated<br />
under the <strong>Energy</strong> Services<br />
Corporations Act 1995 and operates<br />
within the terms <strong>of</strong> the Electricity<br />
Supply Act 1995 on behalf <strong>of</strong><br />
our shareholder, the <strong>New</strong> South<br />
Wales Government.<br />
The focus <strong>of</strong> our 2,925 people is to<br />
deliver a safe, reliable and efficient<br />
electricity supply to our customers<br />
while delivering strong financial<br />
results to our shareholder. We are<br />
committed to making a serious<br />
