our network workforce
to support our capital
investment program,
and introduced a
number of programs
to develop the
leadership and skills
of our employees.
Endeavour Energy employees
Endeavour Energy’s workforce grew to 2,925 full-time equivalent staff
in 2010–11. This represents an increase of 1.3% over the previous year.
New appointments included 60 apprentices and 19 participants in
engineering development programs. Our network workforce grew by 3.5%
over the same period, as a result of a targeted recruitment campaign to
support the network investment program.
