(4) Since the opening <strong>of</strong> the railway stations, for how many hours have the lifts been out <strong>of</strong> operation as<br />
a result <strong>of</strong> repairs carried out at the following stations:<br />
(a) Macquarie University;<br />
(b) Macquarie Park;<br />
(c) <strong>No</strong>rth Ryde?<br />
(5) Since the opening <strong>of</strong> the railway stations, on which dates have the lifts been out <strong>of</strong> operation as a<br />
result <strong>of</strong> repairs carried out at the following stations:<br />

Answer—<br />
I am advised:<br />
(1) Around 8,500 customers use the Epping to Chatswood rail link on a typical week day since the<br />
introduction <strong>of</strong> the full fare.<br />
(2) The ECRL stations are seen as destination stations only and car parking is not a requisite as the 3<br />
stations are surrounded by business parks, shopping centres and the university.<br />
(3) to (5) I am advised that data on lift faults is available from April as follows:<br />

(1) Has the Triple P - Positive Parenting Program - been evaluated?<br />
(2) If so, was the evaluation carried out by the Department <strong>of</strong> Community Services?<br />
(3) Have any other parent training support programs been accepted by the Department?<br />
(4) If so, are they used by the Department?<br />
Answer—<br />
(1) Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) has an extensive evidence base with over 80 evaluation studies<br />
undertaken internationally, including over 45 randomised controlled trials and 3 independent meta<br />
analyses.<br />
